Terms of use
These terms describe the responsibilities that come with controlling real devices through Elunava.
Using Elunava
Elunava is developed and published by Obelisco Talentoso - Unipessoal, Lda. See Legal information for our company address and contact details.
Elunava is an Android client for a Home Assistant installation that you or your household administrator controls. You are responsible for the installation, accounts, permissions, network access, integrations, devices, and automations connected to it.
Physical-device safety
Elunava may operate gates, locks, doors, covers, climate equipment, alarms, appliances, and other physical devices. Confirm that an action is safe before sending it. Do not rely on Elunava as an emergency, medical, life-safety, security-monitoring, or access-control service.
Availability
Controls depend on your phone, network, remote-access route, Home Assistant server, integrations, and devices. Connections can fail or states can be delayed. Always retain a safe alternative way to operate important equipment.
Purchases
Google Play processes purchases, restoration, regional pricing, taxes, and eligible refunds. A permanent Pro purchase unlocks the features described in the store listing for the owning Google Play account, subject to Google Play confirming the entitlement.
Trial and saved configuration
The Pro trial lasts 14 days and does not automatically charge you or start a subscription. After it ends, the personal Free Overview allows six distinct entities and automatic phone area pages have no six-entity limit. Pro-only customizations and Android Auto settings stay saved and return with purchased or restored Pro. Verified household layouts retain the original shared presentation. Trial edits stay saved; buy or restore your own Pro to use them in full after expiry. For free shared access, you can instead import an eligible original or new copy from the sender. This replaces your current configuration.
Third-party services
Home Assistant, Android, Google Play, VPN providers, remote-access providers, integrations, cameras, and smart-home devices are separate products governed by their own terms. Elunava is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Open Home Foundation or Home Assistant.
Changes and contact
Features and these terms may change as Elunava develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its revision date. Questions can be sent to support@elunava.com.
